We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Fragrance dissatisfaction
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will only accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product received is different from what was ordered

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


3. How to Request Support

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a replacement is approved, shipping will be arranged at our discretion

6. International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Any delays caused by customs authorities
